Rooted in movement, guided by the body, and nourished by ancient and clinical wisdom, it invites you into healing through many gateways — one-on-one sessions, group journeys, self-led ritual tools, and guided energetic exploration. Whether you are navigating pain, seeking integration, or feeling called to deepen your relationship with your body, Ourem offers a path that moves with you, as you are.

  • Tailored therapeutic support blending a range of different tools and teachings from various modalities and anchored in the clinical frameworks of Dance Movement Therapy and Transpersonal Counselling. Each session is body-led, trauma-informed, and responsive to your unique unfolding.

    The work you encounter within Ourem is the convergence of a lifelong path - one rooted in both professional training and soul apprenticeship.

    I am a qualified practitioner in both Transpersonal Counselling and Dance Movement Therapy, holding space for transformation through the body, the psyche, and the unseen. These modalities form the ethical and energetic foundations of Ourem — offering safe, trauma-informed, and professionally held spaces for deep exploration.

    But… this offering was not only born from study.
    It emerged from decades of personal inquiry, ritual, and remembering, shaped by years of movement practice, energetic attunement, plant medicine work, and soul listening.

    My path has led me through studies in: Shamanic and ancestral healing practices; Herbalism and vibrational medicine; Meditation, altered states, and inner visioning; Astrology, esotericism, and archetypal systems; Colour, sound, and symbolic therapies; Creative and expressive arts modalities; and most importantly, through my own lived experience of descent, reweaving, and return

    I don’t believe in quick fixes, or prescriptive healing.
    I believe in body wisdom, in energetic coherence, in ritual, and in choice.
    I believe in the sacredness of the path unfolding at its own pace.

    And I believe, deeply, that you already carry the truth you’re seeking. Ourem is simply a field in which you may finally hear it again. I walk beside you, not to lead,but to hold the space in which your remembering can safely unfold - I look forward to sharing space with you soon.
